Revolutionizing waste incineration with artificial intelligence control
A convenient incinerator for combustible industrial waste, municipal solid waste, and medical waste.
The technology eliminates the need for fuel to sustain combustion, while artificial intelligence manages every process.
Key advantages
The main advantages of our incinerator platform:
Throughput
One unit can process from 50 to 500 tons of waste per day depending on the model.
No fuel required
The unit does not require fuel for waste incineration thanks to its innovative design.
Environmental performance
Exceptionally low pollutant concentrations in exhaust gases are achieved even without filtration thanks to complete hydrocarbon chain destruction in gas that remains inside the unit for more than six seconds. This is made possible by AI-based combustion control.
Filtration
Additional filtration options include carbon and high-voltage electrostatic filters that efficiently remove fine particulate matter from exhaust gases.
Modularity
The modular design allows equipment to be delivered in standard 40-foot shipping containers and assembled into working condition within five business days.
Power generation
A static power take-off module allows the unit to operate fully autonomously without external power sources.
About the product
The core idea is simple operation, autonomy, and stable performance through built-in redundancy.
Waste is loaded in the condition in which it arrives. The static power module has no moving parts and requires no routine service.
Continuous operation is maintained because a backup node is engaged immediately if the primary one fails, while an alarm notifies the operator and disposal does not stop.
Service is provided by a local company licensed by us, ensuring fast response and a feedback loop on machine performance.
The power module operates autonomously and does not require external electricity. The unit is fully self-sufficient because it uses energy generated by waste combustion. Maintenance is minimal because critical nodes have no moving parts.
A 100-200% redundancy strategy keeps the equipment running without interruption. If any unit fails, the backup starts automatically, the disposal process continues, and the operator receives a maintenance alert.
AI and process control
The system analyses sensor data, controls operating modes, and reduces emissions through precise process management.
The furnace uses more than 70 different sensors in total.
High environmental performance is achieved through strict temperature control at every process stage and an innovative incinerator node design.
The system analyses temperature at every stage, exhaust gas composition, waste feed rate, oxygen levels in combustion chambers, pressure, and other parameters. Using data from 70+ sensors, AI continuously optimizes the incineration process.
AI controls air supply, drum rotation speed, combustion intensity, cooling, and filtration. All parameters are optimized in real time to achieve maximum efficiency and environmental performance.

Economics and tariff comparison
Waste disposal tariffs in Russia compared with the incineration cost of an Agnirus unit.
| Waste class/type | Disposal tariffs (RUB/ton) | Agnirus incineration cost (RUB/ton) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hazard Class III (moderately hazardous) | from 11,500 | 600 |
| 2 | Hazard Class IV (low hazard) | from 8,500 | 600 |
| 3 | Class A medical waste | from 20,000 | 600 |
| 4 | Class B medical waste | from 50,000 | 600 |
| 5 | Paint and coating waste | from 5,000 | 600 |
| 6 | Used oils | from 11,830 to 18,850 | 600 |
| 7 | Vehicle tires | from 5,950 | 600 |
| 8 | Hazardous waste, Class III | 20,000 | 600 |
| 9 | Hazardous waste, Class IV | 10,000 | 600 |
The unit includes a static power take-off module that enables fully autonomous operation without external power or fuel. This accelerates installation, eliminates the need for overhead power lines and substations, and allows the unit to be deployed literally in the field.
The unprecedentedly low incineration cost pays back the equipment in about three months for medical waste disposal and in 1 to 1.5 years for municipal solid waste under current tariffs.
Agnirus units do not use fuel or electricity for waste incineration. Fuel is required only to heat the drum during startup; after that, the furnace runs autonomously using the energy released by burning waste, which drives incineration cost below any existing analog or landfill disposal option.
Capital expenditure for Agnirus-500 units is several times lower than for Chinese MSW disposal plants of similar capacity. This is due to fuel consumption during combustion and the larger dimensions of Chinese installations. The comparison included JIANGSU RUIDING, Sinoma International, Baoda, and Zhongding. High environmental performance, low capital costs, ease of operation, a two-year warranty extendable to five years, and low incineration cost can reduce your disposal expenses dramatically. Because the process does not require fuel or electricity, our incinerators can be installed in remote regions directly at landfills or near drilling sites. The modular design enables long-distance transport and commissioning within 5-10 days.
